TQM Project Management Approach, utilizes Microsoft Project, other scheduling tools and in house tracking systems. By providing real time information TQM avoids miscommunication and maintain on-schedule progress, quality standards,
and sustainability goals in a cost effective and efficient manner.

GREEN BUILDING SOLUTIONS

Green Building Solutions:

  • Retrofitting roofs with water harvesting systems, solar panels and roof gardens
  • Properly designed curtain wall systems that allows natural light in the building but reflects heat and harmful rays.
  • Installation of solar powered lighting in and around the building.

  • Extractor fans that pulls hot air out of building and circulates fresh air.
  • Roof domes retrofitted that allows natural light to enter poorly light areas in the building.

  • Recycling systems for paper, plastic and glass e.g using properly labeled bins in strategic locations.
